This treat is always a hit when my friend and I visit. The sandwiches are fresh, the filling plentiful, cakes delicious! All presented so delightfully. The tea kept coming and we were left to chat and eat, with no one rushing us or fussing around. The staff are attentive, and very pleasant and friendly. Please don't change anything - we love it!

The day out was great in all respects. But we had been given a gift and could choose anything up to the gift price. We knew we had to buy the experience before Sunday, but thought, due to all the BuyaGift pages saying, 'valid for a year', that once noted it was valid for a year. No. The experience had to be taken by the expiry date too and that's not made clear enough. Luckily we had decided to do it now so did not lose out. It costs £20 to extend the voucher. So I'd say, don't bother with an open voucher that can be used for anything, get the experience itself. Added to which, I was emailed a load of cheaper offers for the same experience but couldn't use them as I had been given a gift voucher. It was all a bit frustrating, but the day out, seeing the animals and tea were great.

A lovely afternoon looking out across the Birmingham skyline on a bright sunny afternoon. The afternoon tea was so plentiful that we could not eat it all and had to bring some home! Plenty of hot tea, with refills on request. Would highly recommend.

I really enjoyed using the facilities and the and the 50 minute spar treat was the best ever by far well done to the girls I was a little disappointed in the afternoon tea just didn’t seem fresh and the carrot cake tasted stale

You really cannot beat this offer for a fantastic spa experience. The hotel is so relaxing and beautiful, the massage was amazing, all 50 minutes of it, the afternoon tea was spot on as well. Such a relaxing day had by myself and my friend
