Located in Westfield London, Shepherd’s Bush and spanning across 75,000 square feet, KidZania is an amazing indoor city built just for kids! Blending learning with reality and entertainment, each career at KidZania is developed to teach kids essential life skills including financial literacy, teamwork and independence. Designed to empower and entertain kids, KidZania gives children the chance to challenge themselves and explore the world of opportunities. What do I need to know?
- All our vouchers are fully flexible and can be redeemed against our huge range of experiences
- Available week round, year round including school holidays at 10am–7pm
- You must bring a printed copy of your voucher with you
- Timed ticketed entry is valid for 4 hours – children may remain longer but will be unable to do role-play activities after this time
- Children must be aged 4–14 years, 4–7 years olds must be accompanied by an adult (18+), standard adult entry is 15 years
- This voucher cannot be refunded or extended

Kidzania is a fantastic experience for the kids and parents too. My daughter enjoyed it a lot. We will be visiting it again soon.

Took my 5 year old daughter and she absolutely loved the experience! Suitable for aged 4+ and for children who enjoy imaginary role play. Staff all made her feel special and although told there’s 4 hour limit we didn’t feel rushed and took our time!
Bring your own packed lunch and drinks to avoid overpriced products and long queues that take time away from the attractions.
Only complaint/advise do not going weekdays during month of July...full of school parties with older children who are unsupervised and intimate the younger ones playing along nicely!

Great indoor exoerience to keep kids entertained on a visit to london in the winter. 4 hours seemed a long time but went by pretty quick due to 15-20 minute waiting times during each activity. Attended during school half term holidays so was expected to be busy. Overall good day had by all.. parents included. Would not return back soon thoug, although can understand if you live local then an annual pass value so as kids can try/explore each activity

We all enjoyed the venue, the only issue was to get around with the buggy. To use the lift you had to look for someone with the key - and it took upto 15 mins to get someone!!

For my 11 year olds birthday, we went to kidzania. Heard a lot about it, so was pleased to find the 2 for 1 offer. A brilliant day full of memories. The bonus was that he learnt about different careers. The voucher was easy to use as the instructions were clear. Wouldn't have gone if I hadn't found this offer.

We took our 6 year old daughter as it was her birthday and her 8 year old brother along to Kidzania. It really was an excellent experience for them, they had a brilliant time! We got there for 1pm and It got very busy around 2pm so they waiting times increased. I would recommend to do all the activities the kids want first and then see after. I loved the concept of them doing a job and getting paid.

Kidzania is a little town where the kids are in charge. They get their own money and earn wages or buy experiences.
Everything is great fun and a lot of it is educational.
I especially like the fact that it empowers children to take control of their own enjoyment.
The adults watch the kids through the windows or if they are out and about in the town.
I enjoyed this because i could see how much pleasure my daughter was getting out of being a fireman or a paramedic and even a dentist.
This is an unmissable place and we will be going again.
