Entry to KidZania for One Adult and Two Children at Westfield - Week Round 11037827

From start to finish it was so much fun especially for the children and was super special to watch and join in. We will be going back very soon with some of our friends. A must for every child to visit. So very Well Done AWESOME

My kids loved kidzania and even us parents enjoyed watching them.

Kids absolutely loved it. Queues could of been a bit shorter so the children could participate in more things. Girls are age 5.

Kidzania is a fabulous idea for children where they can spend a few hours pretending to be in different fields of work. The children either get paid to do the job (in Zidzos not GBP) or they pay to take part. My two children loved it!!! Unfortunately, at the end of the experience the children can go to the gift shop and spend their well-earned kidzos... or so we thought. There is a very small choice of items to choose from and children in the shop were crying because they could only buy a pencil or a paper snap-bracelet for all of the kidzos they’d earned.

The buy-a-gift process was painless and saved a decent amount versus buying direct. No complaints there. Kidzania itself was a mixed bag. The kids enjoyed themselves which is the main thing. However as a parent overlooking the operation I couldn't help but feel a little disappointed in certain aspects. Obviously the whole thing is geared around making extra cash. At the end of each activity you're forced to hang around do that a photographer can snap each and every kid in the group so they can try and flog you an overpriced photo that 90% of people won't want. The place was rammed and some activities were unreachable, especially due to copious numbers of queue-bargers. The staff could do more to make the experience an all-round extravaganza rather than concentrate solely on the activities since there is a lot of hanging around and some entertainment to keep the kids engaged would have been welcome. Finally, having collected a bunch of Kidzos to spend you find the gift shop with overpriced (in Kidzo terms) stuff, again another stab at relieving you of some real dosh. We won't be rushing back.

Great day out. It was very busy so when booking ask what times are likely to be quieter

I would not advise anyone to pay full price for this as you would be quite upset. Luckily we got a special offer through 'buyagift' and felt the price we paid suited the experience the children had. I would advise trying to avoid school holidays, as we did and it was still very busy. Boys enjoyed their visit, although my 10 yr old thought some things were a little boring. In our 4 hr period the boys got to take part in 6 activities.

We visited 2nd January hoping to find it slightly quieter than during the holidays which it probably was but still a painful. There was loads to do for the kids although my 9 year old is probably getting a bit big for a lot of the activities like baby hospital, vets etc.
