- Entrance is between 10am–3.50pm. You will be able to select your entry time at the point of booking
- Please allow around 40 minutes for this experience
- Adults are aged 16+. Children aged 15 and under must be accompanied by an adult. Infants aged two years and under can enter free of charge and do not require a ticket
- Please inform the supplier of any accessibility requirements at the time of booking. For a step-free route, please reserve the wheelchair lift
- Please note, there is no cloakroom available. Visitors are asked to only bring a handbag or small rucksack. Pushchairs and buggies are only permitted in The Gallery space and cannot be brought into the Lift
- Dogs are not permitted, with the exception of guide dogs and assistance dogs
