This flexible ticket entitles you to unlimited travel on the Hop-On, Hop-Off River Thames cruises for 24 hours – you'll be able to embark and disembark from four piers along the river, travelling between them as many times as you want! The cruises provide an insight into the rich history that has occurred along the river. Marvel at some of London’s most iconic sights, including the magnificent Houses of Parliament, the beautiful St Paul’s Cathedral and the impressive Tower of London. Great deal with buyagift for the river cruise. Easy to use. Lots of boats with toilet & drink facilities. Went up to Greenwich & back using the hop on hop off service. Commentary was OK.
Only disappointment was tickets were a QR code. Went with my elderly father who doesn't have a phone so there was no option for him to do his own thing during the 24 hours, we had to stay together. Had hoped guest services could give him a paper ticket but they don't & said only option was to tour together (nb this is the tour operator not buyagifts issue)

Good commentary . Funny crew . I like t leh convenience of being able to hop on and off as I please . Would be better if the voucher specifically states that the ferry company is city cruise as I was looking for Red Rover which was written on the voucher

Had a day hop on ticket with friends and 2 boys under 5. Did the trip in 2 stages Greenwich to towers and tower to London eye. Light hearted commentary on the section tower to Westminster. The boat had a large seated upstairs viewing area. Bar and toilets on board. Very enjoyable
