Brilliant tour

We really enjoyed this tour, my only negative is that it finished at 10pm and we had to rush to get a train out of London. The tour guide was excellent and told us about things we didnt know. There were 35 in the group which was a little to many, we sometimes couldnt see the photos she was showing us or hear what she was saying. Having said that a really good tour.

Lovely atmosphere

Although this restaurant is a little hard to find in the service and the food are worth the visit. Very pleasant surroundings, and very pleasant staff.

Honeymoon meal

A lovely dinning experience, the staff were very polite & courteous.
The service was very prompt, from ordering our drinks.
Once our order was taken the food was quickly served to the table.
The steaks were cooked perfectly to our liking, could have had a few more chips with the portions.
Overall the visit to Mr Whites Restaurant was most enjoyable. great food, The meal for two was very good value.

Not great at all

We went to Mr White's for our 2 year anniversary meal and was left disappointed. The service was fine I guess, we were the only people in the restaurant but it took them ages to clear our plates. The drinks we ordered were flat, no fizz whatsoever. And lastly the burger was inedible, the pickled cucumbers must have been out of date since the whole burger tasted like fish and ended up with mild stomach issues. Won't be going back again but very disappointed as it was supposed to be a celebratory meal.

Lovely meal out

Whilst booking via website was a bit tricky, we had a few emails that confirmed all was okay prior to our arrival. The selection of courses was good and the service excellent. Our booking was early evening and the venue wasn’t busy, which suited us, but some might have preferred a busier venue, so try a little later.

Nice restaurant

Was a nice restaurant 5 minute walk from Whitechapel station. It was very quiet on the evening we went in, the two courses were delicious and the staff were very professional and helpful.
