What do I need to know?
- All our vouchers are fully flexible and can be redeemed against our huge range of experiences
- Your voucher is valid for two people
- Available Sunday–Friday, October–May, excluding Valentine's Day (13th-14th Feb), Mother's Day, Father's Day, Easter weekend, 25th Dec, 1st Jan and bank holiday Mondays
- Boarding commences at 11.30am at Tower Pier; the boat leaves at 11.45am and returns to Tower Pier at 13.30pm
- Please ensure you book your experience in advance – walk ups will not be accepted
- Seating is pre-allocated before the cruise takes place; your voucher entitles you to a standard seat on board
- Most of the tables are located in the middle of the floor space and in very close proximity to each other, with each table (or pair of tables) seating four people – aisles separate them from the window tables, which seat two people only
- The boat must keep to a strict timetable and so latecomers will be unable to board the vessel
- Please note a reduced service may operate during the winter
- Vegetarian, gluten free and vegan options are available but MUST be pre-booked at point of booking
- Please inform the venue of any dietary requirements upon booking
- All dates are subject to availability and operational changes
