Kick off the experience with a refreshing gin and tonic whilst you find out how their spirits are carefully hand-crafted. Having worked up a thirst from soaking up so much knowledge, it’s time to mix up either a bottle of gin or rum yourself! Choose from botanicals which are freshly sourced from the beach and the surrounding Sid Valley area and distil it in the mini copper still.
