What do I need to know?

• Our vouchers are flexible and may be used to select and book an experience from our range via our website
• Your voucher is valid for one person
• Available week round, year round
• This is a full-day experience; please allow around five to five and a half hours at the venue
• Minimum age: 13 years
• Alternative recipes can be provided for vegetarian, vegan and gluten-intolerant diets
• There is a supplementary charge for vegan or kosher options due to additional ingredients; this is typically £10 per day for vegan menus and kosher pricing is confirmed case by case
• There is no disability access at this venue
• Please wear comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes; flip-flops and open-toed shoes are not permitted
• Changes made with less than 28 days' notice may result in the booking or voucher being forfeited
• Please bring suitable containers to take home food prepared in class
• Please provide dietary requirements within 24 hours of booking and discuss them with the supplier at least 28 days before the class
