Would recommend Malvern Spa, nice environment and the outdoor pool was fabulous. Treatments were very good with Elemis products.

2 treatments, very relaxing day

Process to book was really easy and despite being taken during the pandemic, it was a really relaxing and well organised day. The spa is stunning and the treatments were fantastic. The food was lovely. Had slight issue with lunch and being given food that contained item I was intolerant too despite advising the waiter and specifically asking. However that did not take from what was a much needed, very relaxing day.

Recovering from cancer was a good day for my husband and daughter. Thermal spa outside was great - even though the outside temperature was very chilly the water was lovely and warm. I didn’t go in the water (due to ongoing skin condition) but still had a good day. Had a facial - excellent, and a manicure. Have to say a little disappointed with manicure - had started chipping before I left the spa - but my nails haven’t been particularly good due to chemotherapy. Just expected the polish to last a couple of days at least.... Overall a good day though. Lovely deli board in the morning and a 2 course lunch, which I expected to be quite tiny portioned, but it wasn’t! Very filling, tasty and fresh.

I had a lovely relaxing day and had a massage and facial by two different therapists, the facial was brilliant. Garden area was lovely on a sunny day. Brilliant pool facilities although designed for relaxation not swimming.

Fantastic day, can’t wait to go back ??
