The whole thing was very relaxing and really good. Only thing is there are lots of stairs to climb if you have trouble climbing.

Lovely Facial & Massage but spa itself very rundown

I had a wonderful facial by one of the girls there, the massage was nice too, although pressure wasn't hard enough for me.
But the facial was one of the best! Shame the spa itself is really grotty and rundown. Not what you'd expect for the Champneys name
