The spa uses top-of-the range Gaylia Kristensen, CODAGE and Cinq Mondes products, which are also available to purchase, so that you may continue your indulgent spa experience at home. After your pampering treatment, you will have time to relax in the Zen room, before walking out feeling lighter than air and ready to face the world again.

- This voucher is non-extendable

Friendly and calming spa

I took a midweek deal alone in the AM so I'd expected it to be calm and quiet. It was. The hotel was a place I've known for a while so I knew there would be good facilities and professional masseuse. Four out of five stars because of two things. One, the relaxation room's lounger was rickety. You could fall off as the base is not secure. Two, the masseuse kept her ring on. I thought it was odd. Didn't hurt but it would have been a much smoother massage if she didn't wear any rings.

The spa is so relaxing. I opted for using the steaming room before the massage. I was welcomed by friendly staff. The facilities definitely qualify for 5 stars. The steam room and massage room were so big. I felt very relaxed. They served me a tea and fofered tea and water very often

The deep tissue massage was lovely followed by relaxing in the zen room. The space was smaller than I would have liked but equally a lovely day.

The booking and selection was so lovely and varied, so definitely would use but a gift again. The venue was lovely, and the massage was decent. Nothing out of this world, but definately a good treat

This was a wonderful experience: lovely setting in grand hotel at Waterloo Place. Beautifully designed spa area and very friendly staff. Not intimidating at all. Very skilful massage therapist who took on board the answers I put down on her questionnaire. I enjoyed the Deep Tissue Whole Body Massage very much. Super personal shower and locker - great steam room (stone mosaic, not plastic) and spacious jacuzzi.
