Charingworth Manor has all that you require for a great break, great service, great food, great rooms, great pool, a great hot tub if you would like one, in a lovely part of the Cotswolds, it gets my vote great place.

Wonderful relaxing weekend

This was a gift from a friend - a weekend break at Charingworth Manor with breakfast and a three course eveing meal included. It was a beautiful building set in pituresque grounds. Tho room and ensuite were lovely and the service was excellent. The food was amazing although it would have been nice to have a different vegetarian option for my main meal on the second night. Overall it was a truely luxurious and relaxing weekend which wethoroughly enjoyed.

What a wonderful experience

We were surprised to be given the Honeymoon suite which we loved.
The room was spotless and very tastefully decorated. It is an old building with a contemporary feel, the bed was huge and we were greeted with fruit, chocolates and a bottle of wine.
The food was very well presented and very much to our liking.
The Staff were friendly and professional and nothing was too much trouble. The manor itself is beautiful with a warm welcome, it is well decorated, clean and comfortable but still in keeping with tradition. The tranquillity surrounding this place with the spectacular views and the variety of bird whistles was the perfect setting for my husband and I to celebrate my 50th Birthday. If it is a relaxing break you are looking for, this is perfect.

Given that TS Elliot loved this place so much he wrote an ode to it I thought it was a safe bet when booking a romantic weekend for my girlfiend. She loved it the open fire places are stunning and the area is so tranquil and calm. Great place for switching off.

This weekend was just pure indulgence. The a la carte menu was superb the range on offer was incredible. I also very much enjoyed the spa facilties. The only thing my girlfriend did not enjoy was me showing her no mercy on the tennis court.
