- Spa access is available between 10am–6pm and lunch is served between 12pm–3pm
- Robes and slippers are available to hire at £6 per person. Please bring swimwear with you on the day
- On-site parking is available for a fee of £6 per car, payable directly to the supplier

The staff were really friendly and nice, facilities let the experience down, very cramped changing room and not very clean.
Afternoon tea was lovely just right and the staff in the restaurant very friendly and helpful.

I took my mum her for a spa day and afternoon, the spa was lovely although I would say it needs another jacuzzi as people do seem to be a bit selfish. The staff were amazing and very helpful nothing was too much trouble. Only thing I felt let the spa down was the changing rooms they were quite dirty other than that a very relaxing day. Afternoon tea was lovely, so fresh wish there was more of it.

Unfortunately most of the facilities were out of use due to maintenance work being carried out. However the spa staff were very understanding and rebooked my spa day for later but allowed us to still have our pre booked lunch. Overall a pleasant experience.

Very professional from start to finish. Availability was poor but that was simply due to catching-up from covid. Staff were attentive and went above and beyond in the restaurant. Not too busy and definitely great value for money.
