Great fun
24 May 2015
lovely site, and enjoyed everything. We upgraded to the bothy as we felt we had done our share of basic camping. Site was lovely, everything you could wish for. Able to go about the farm easily. Great place for biking. Lots of mountain bikes to hire. Also good area for travelling around.

Fab place. Friendly staff. The real show stopper is the amazing forest that backs on to the form. Lovely variety of surrounding places to follow. Can't wait to come back.

The awesome Gorsebank camping village.
30 April 2015
Excellent location, excellent facilities. By far the best camping site we have visited in a long time. The jumbo pods were more than adequate, the posh pods looked...really posh. The only really we didn't book one was because we travelled with our dog.

Fantastic Time!
22 April 2015
Myself and my partner went to Gorsebank last weekend and stayed in one of the Wigwams. Had a great time, really nice area and staff were exceptionally friendly. I've recommended it to a number of people since getting home and I'm sure we will go glamping again!

Lovely Little Pod
28 March 2015
We stayed at Gorsebank for two nights in March 2015 and had a lovely weekend away. Very thankful for the heaters in the pod because it got quite cold overnight. Lovely clean kitchen and toilets. Would be even better in July/August time with warmer weather.

brilliant gift
22 August 2014
We experienced a fantastic one night glamping stay at Gorsebank Farm in Dumfries. The site was peaceful, had a friendly atmosphere and was very clean with plenty to do and places to explore. The owners were very welcoming upon arrival and helpful throughout the stay. The area of Dumfries where we stayed was beautiful and just over 2 miles from a picturesque coast.

Wigwam night
07 July 2014
Got this gift as a Christmas present. Wasn't sure what ro expect, but was surprised at the high level of cleanliness. The owner was helpful. We only stayed one night but would have been better longer. The weather was good and location perfect. Midges were annoying but nothing we can do about those.

A wonderful wee family break
29 June 2014
Positioned in a secluded wooded area, we had a really peaceful and enjoyable weekend here.kids loved it and enjoyed the freedom and space. I particularly liked the fire pits and Marshmallow toasting kits which were a nice touch. The toilets, showers and Kitchen are well appointed and clean. The activities are fun and varied. One thing that would make it even better would be to place better signage out front... I had to brake hard twice to avoid going past. One more thing... This is bonny Scotland so don't forget the insect repellant!!! I've been eaten alive.
