Two Night Escape with Breakfast for Two at The Kings Head Hotel 10986188

The hotel was very comfortable and centrally located. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Car parking at £15 per night was extra although there were plenty of public car parks nearby. The room was clean and well attended to.

This was the first time we had used buyagift. Initially, we were disappointed by the fairly limited availability of hotels in the areas that we wanted to visit but did mange to find one that was in the area that we wanted to visit albeit not the location. Unfortunately I then developed a medical condition that requires surgery and we had to cancel our hotel break. When I rang your company to try and sort out an alternative I was told that "your company is only responsible for taking the money, issuing the vouchers and then arranging the booking. Thereafter any sorting out is the responsibility of the client and the hotel. I expected better service from your company. Fortunately, the hotel was far more sympathetic and has rearranged our stay for later in the year. I will certainly never use your company again and will tell my friends about the lack of service that you offer.
