Two Night Glamping Pod Break with Cruise and Railway Tickets at Waterfoot Park 10934671

Was bought the pods as a Christmas gift. Went in mid July. I will say on the website it says Kendal however; the site is in Penrith. The staff where fantastic got booked in Super easily and they arranged all the tickets for the trips. The boat trip was very relaxing. Unfortunately we did not get to try the Train as was closed due to Covid-19. The Pods are fantastic super clean great shower and great outside area. Definitely recommend heading to Pooley Bridge to Granny Dewbekins for Breakfast it’s fantastic.

All the details i had sent to me, nowhere did it say you needed to take your own linen, so we turned up for the first day of our holiday with no linen, the staff made us feel like naughty children and told us we must have missed it the details, my family who bought it for me and myself checked said paperwork and emails and it didn't say, whereas i acknowledge it said on website, i didn't check that before leaving as i had all paperwork or so i thought! So on top of what my family spent, we had to pay another £25 on top for linen, of which staff told us no one had ever not taken linen before. It was a break in memory of my mum's birthday and so i was just sad it had all turned into a bad start. We bought it as a wigwam stay and in fact it is now known as a glamping pod. So all in all not the best experience. Such a shame, if it had been handled better then my review may read differently.

Fabulous few days away. Ideal venue and accommodation short walk into village and to lake.Includes ticket for Steamers and Ravenglass railway although railway at western end of Lake District so a fair drive awaybut still a great day out during stay.

A great little place! Had a lovely night in the wigwam, very homely and cosy! Would recommend to anyone.

Lovely birthday gift enjoyed over a long weekend. Great service and made to feel like home for the weekend. Steamers and railway was a great added extra! Most definelty recommend... but you can't be shy to have a walk or two

My husband and I received a two night stay as a wedding gift. We chose Deluxe wigwams at Waterfoot park and it was an excellent stay. The wigwams are really well equipped.

Relaxing couple off nights in the stunning location of Waterfoot Park. Really friendly area and perfect for dog owners as the area is so dog friendly.
