- No large single sex groups are permitted (stag or hen parties)
- The hut can sleep up to four people, including three adults and one person in the top bunk (please note, this is accessed via a ladder)
- No dogs are allowed on-site (except for guide dogs)
- Loud music is prohibited
- No tea lights/candles are allowed to be used

Beautiful peaceful clean with great facilities. Nice local pubs, lovely location, Easy contact if anything needed. Very close to Dartmoor National Park &/or beaches.
