From when we arrived to the moment we departed, we could not fault the hotel, the facilities the food and the amazing staff

Buying the voucher and retrieving was easy. The spa day was great from start to finish. Lovely staff, afternoon tea and treatments.

I e mailed a query about problems with trying to book an experience. It was dealt with very quickly and all sorted .

From the minute I booked in all the staff were very friendly and helpful. The venue is beautiful and the lunch was presented in a lovely way and was delicious! I was booked in for the full body massage which was very relaxing and the whole spa area was very tranquil. Spent time by the pool just chilling with a book and also tried their relaxation room and steam room which was really calm and incredibly relaxing. Had this gifted to me from work colleagues on my retirement and I thoroughly enjoyed it!

We received a lovely gift at Christmas, but unfortunately the locations were quite far for us. I love her easy it was to transfer the gift to something better suited for us.

Will return again. Couldn't find any fault .was happy I chosen this spa and face neck back massage beautifully gently hands to the touch of your skin and the products smell absolutely gorgeous. Soft calm music in back ground. Recommended for first time users .

From the moment we arrived it was beautiful. The grounds are stunning, staff approachable friendly and informative. Room was spotless so we're amenities. Highly recommend and we shall definitely return.
