Great activity but booking and venue problems

Really enjoyed the zip line however we were unable to book through the website as it suggested the venue was fully booked until March 2023. Had to ring zip World direct, which took half an hour for somebody to answer the phone. Finally booked for a Thursday and then received an email two days later to say that they were no longer open on a Thursday. Had to ring again as they did not respond to my email. Another 15 minutes on the phone. At the venue we had to wait over half an hour for a sub contracted bus that was late. A real shame as the zip line was great fun.
