Gift from our son to his Mum for her birthday.
Gift purchased by our son for his Mum's birthday. Have a brilliant time in Devon revisiting a number of places we saw some 25 years ago. Will definitely be going back. Bed and Breakfast at Monkton brilliant. Good clean room, owner very helpful and friendly and served breakfast in our room. Fantastic.

Brilliant stay
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Hatton Court Hotel in November 2025. The staff were friendly , polite and very helpful, the bedrooms were spacious, the food was very well presented and it was delicious. The deal we had was for 2 nights' stay with breakfast included on both mornings and £25 towards 1 evenings' meal. Afternoon tea was also included. As the restaurant was so good, we actually ate at the hotel on the second night too. Although the hotel is a little remote, there are some great views of the town and surrounding countryside. We visited Gloucester Docks and Gloucester Cathedral too. Well worth a visit. Looking forward to our next visit. We highly recommend The Hatton Court Hotel.

Delightful home and great food.
Very welcoming host, wonderful breakfast with a wide selection of quality food and drink, comfortable bed, good sized batheroom withsoakibg tub and shower well supplied with good bath products. Easy street parking directly outside.
Located in a peaceful village close Exmoorand easy drives to nearby towns and attractions. We had an evening meal which was excellent. Need to book ahead for local restaurants.

Great treat!
Lovely venue at Stan hill court although an extra supplement was needed above the price of the voucher. Good venue, good food and a free upgrade for a wedding anniversary although no reference to the anniversary and no other freebies which we usually get from
Other hotels! Menu wasn’t huge but the food was excellent and really well presented. Lovely location although you have to pay £10 for parking above the cost of the voucher and the extra charge!

Lovely little gem
Booked this as a gift for my husband and we both went together.
Beautiful pod with its own fishing peg, clean and warm and so comfy, small fridge freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster and a little bit of storage space was absolutely perfect just for the night or possibly 2. Met the owners and they were absolutely lovely and really helpful couldn’t ask for more!
Toilet block was a very short walk away with a little washing up station they were absolutely immaculate. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic hotel to explore the beautiful Cotswolds
We stayed for 2 nights in a lovely room. We arrived on Sunday and sampled the Sunday lunch - which was so good, so we were looking forward to the breakfsdt the next morning. We was not disappointed - the full Cotswold breakfast was delicious. The breakfast room was such a joy and the gentlemen who was there each morning, made sure our breakfast met our expectations! The Inn for all Seasons is a really gem and we will definitely be returning.

Perfection!
Stanshope Hall is an absolute gem. We could not have had a more wonderful stay. The whole experience was first class - from the location, to the welcoming pot of tea with homemade biscuits on arrival, to the most tasteful accommodation and the heartiest breakfasts that kept us going all day.
It was all completely perfect and we would certainly go back again.
