A very comfortable stay

We were given a room in the annexe next to The Malthouse, as we'd noticed they have a lot of live music. The room was perfect - comfortable and warm enough with a nice ensuite bathroom. Plenty of choice at breakfast in the main hotel, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. Ironbridge is a pretty town with river walks and plenty to explore. Many thanks for a relaxing break!

Perfect Birthday Treat

I brought this experience for my husband’s 50th Birthday surprise. We had a fabulous stay, the staff were exceptional & really stand out, especially the restaurant manager (Ruby I think) who went above & beyond to ensure we had a wonderful evening, she is such an asset to the restaurant. Our food was delicious, wine was good & service impeccable. Our room was ok, we were hoping to be in the main building, it were in the Priory which is a separate building, the room needed a little TLC, especially in the bathroom, it was overall clean & comfortable with a beautiful window seat. We had a lovely stay.

Lovely stay at the hotel, room nice & clean breakfast lovely. What I did ant like is how much extra we had to pay for the room, my sister & her husband book the same day & room direct with holiday inn for a much lower price.

Lovely place

The hotel was amazing. The breakfast was perfect. Buffet help yourself, plus you could order special things cooked to order. Room was large and we had a lovely Seaview. (Once we had complained about the first room we were put in.) Lovely areas around the bar to sit and have a drink.

Nice experience

Very nice facilities and friendly staff. Would recommend getting upgraded pod, dog pod doesn’t have a toilet. Visited Tavistock, nice place. Sadly weather wasn’t kind to us.

Great glamping pods

Really clean and comfortable stay at these camping pods. Heating, a small TV, fold out bed, just what we needed. Also, the wifi (paid) worked well for us and didn't cost much.
