We had a top class experience on our day at the cookery school. We were torn between choosing the mediterranean the seafood or the italian classes but finally chose the latter because we do love our pasta and pizza etc. We learnt some great techniques and seemed to never stop eating and drinking! Well we had to keep tasting it just to test it you understand...

What an enjoyable way to spend a Saturday. The cookery teaching was of a very high standard and we were in a nice small group I feel I learnt a lot.
