TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The competition closes at midnight on December 31st 2020.
2. The winner will be selected at random within 1 week of the closing date. The prize is a £500 voucher from Buyagift and will be presented to you as 2 x £250 vouchers.
3. If the winner cannot be contacted via email after two (2) attempts within two (2) weeks of the decision date, we reserve the right to select an alternate winner.
4. We reserve the right to select an alternative winner in the event that we have reasonable grounds for believing that a winner has contravened any of these Terms and Conditions.

7. The prize cannot be exchanged for monetary equivalent.
8. It is assumed that by entering the competition you have the legal capacity to do so and you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (which may be amended or varied at any time by us with or without notice), our decisions are final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.
9. If you have ticked the opt in box, you are agreeing to be automatically added to marketing programmes to receive updates on exclusive offers and news from Buyagift.
10. You can unsubscribe at any time.
11. Your voucher is valid for 24 months and you must make your selection before the expiry date printed on your voucher.
12. Money vouchers cannot be used to purchase tangible gifts such as hampers, special offer products or in conjunction with discount codes.
13. The voucher can either be used as part payment towards higher priced experience(s) or full payment on any experience(s) of equal or lower value. If you select something of lower value then you be sent a credit voucher to use at a future date.
