1. Only one discount may be used per order and these cannot be used against exchanges, extensions, delivery, gift packs or any other facility provided by Buyagift.
2. Discounts can only be applied to internet orders on www.buyagift.co.uk.
3. Discount codes cannot be used when exchanging experience vouchers or when redeeming credit vouchers and money vouchers on www.buyagift.com/myvoucher.
4. Buyagift reserves the right to stop discount codes being used against specific products.
5. Discount codes cannot be used against products listed here - https://www.buyagift.co.uk/non-discountable-products.
6. The promotional discount is only available to individual customers of Ocado
7. A promotional discount cannot be used after an order has been placed or in conjunction with any other offer or discount.
8. Promotional discounts are: only available while supplies last; non-transferable, not for resale, and not redeemable for cash; and valid only for the products/services set out above.
9. Buyagift reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel a discount offer at any time.

12. The competition is open to any person aged 18 and over.
13. Buyagift reserves the right to alter or amend the methods of entry or The Competition at any time.
14. To enter The Competition, the described action must be completed between 00.01 01/11/2020 and 23.59 30/11/2020.
15. The winner will be selected at random and contacted before 20/12/2020. Winners must claim their prize within 10 working days of notification or the prize will be void and a new winner selected
16. The winner must provide proof of identity upon request.
17. The prize voucher is valid for ten months, for two people.
18. This package includes breakfast but does not include other meals; additional meals may be booked by contacting the hotel directly.

22. Buyagift is entitled to refuse to process any prize where it deems necessary. For example, if you are unable to or fail to produce sufficient identification when claiming a prize.
23. Buyagift will not be held accountable for any costs, losses, damages and expenses (including travel fees) which the winner may incur in relation to The Competition or prize or as a result of any misrepresentation of the prize.
24. Buyagift reserves the right to declare The Competition null and void and stage another competition in its place.
25. The Competition prize is non-transferable and there shall be no alternative prize or cash alternative offered.
26. By claiming The Competition prize constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
27. Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England.
