• Up at The O2 Experience:
  • This experience is available week round
  • Minimum age: 8 years
  • Minimum height: 3ft 11in
  • Maximum weight: 21 stone
  • Maximum waist measurement: 49 inches
  • Maximum upper thigh measurement: 30 inches
  • For under 18s please ensure your booking includes the relevant ratios of adults to children: 9 years is 1–1, 10–12 years is 1–2, 13–17 years is 1–4
  • You are advised to wear appropriate clothing for the weather, including socks so the climb shoes provided can be worn
  • Climbers must not be under the influence of alcohol or illegal substances – no refunds will be provided for those found to be under the influence
  • Please arrive 15 minutes before your climb – latecomers will not be admitted
• Thames Cruise Rover Pass:
  • Available week round, year round
  • Not valid for redemption on Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Easter weekend, 25th December, 1st January and bank holiday Mondays.
  • The cruise is not available in July and August
  • Under 16 years must be accompanied by an adult
  • Children under 5 years may travel on cruises for free
  • To use this voucher you simply need to go along to the cruise operator 's ticket booth at one of the piers stated, with your voucher, on your chosen day
  • You cannot redeem your voucher at London Eye Pier
  • There is no need to book your Thames cruise vouchers in advance – simply take your valid voucher to the operator’s ticket booth at Tower Pier, Greenwich Pier or Westminster Pier and you will receive a ticket valid for 24 hours
  • This voucher cannot be extended
