What do I need to know?

• All our vouchers are fully flexible and can be redeemed against our huge range of experiences
• Your voucher is valid for two people
• All equipment including buoyancy aids and paddles are provided
• Minimum age: 12 years
• Please provide 48-hours’ notice for any cancellations
• Cancellations can only be made by email
• Bookings are for either 10am or 2pm slots
• Please arrive at the confirmed meeting point 10-minutes before your session
• Please disclose any medical issues or disabilities at the time of booking
