Golf Residential Package for Two at Luton Hoo Hotel 1095043

The Luton Hoo Stay, Dine & Golf package was a really excellent experience. The Hotel is very impressive and, though it might have been nice to stay in the main mansion house, the block we were in was extremely well located for Adam's Brasserie - where the included dinner and breakfast were taken - as well as for the Golf Club. The room we were in was extremely specious and the bathroom likewise, with two sinks and a separate shower. The Reception staff were very pleasant, although they seemed to need reminding that payment for the stay was done through the voucher system used by BuyAGift (make sure you take it with you!). The Dinner and Breakfast were both good and the Golf Course is lovely and generally a pretty relaxed place to play (although our Buggy - which we decided to rent - on top of our stay - seemed to be concerned that we were running behind where we should have been, a few times!). The course is in good condition and, handily, has no bunkers - although the lakes on various holes make up for that, as a golfing challenge. It was a little strange that the 19th Hole, which I guess is there as the Clubhouse Bar, closed at 3.30pm, but Adam's Brasserie, in the same courtyard, remained open. Didn't unfortunately have time to use the Spa. All in all, very much worth it.

Very enjoyable stay. My package includes two rounds of golf,breakfast and dinner. All the staff are nice. Food was excellent. Bit let down by the golf course. Also the hotel shouldn't charge the service charge in the restaurant since I already paid for the voucher. I've been charged £10 for that. Nevertheless I still enjoy the stay.
