Explore cuisines from around the world with a full-day ‘Taste Of’ cookery class for one at the Gordon Ramsay Academy in Woking. You’ll get to choose from a mouth-watering range of themes, including East Asia, Southeast Asia, Mexico, France, Italy and India for a spectacular adventure of flavour that will teach you all about your chosen cuisine. Under the guidance of professional chefs who are on hand to offer demonstrations, tips and advice, you’ll try your hand at making a range of different traditional and contemporary dishes over the course of five hours. Learn about ingredients, techniques and flavours and sample some of your creations for lunch during the class with your fellow classmates – don’t worry, there will still be plenty to take home to enjoy! You’ll also receive a recipe pack to try these dishes out again at home and have the chance to explore the Academy’s cookbook library.

What do I need to know?
- All our vouchers are fully flexible and can be redeemed against our huge range of experiences

- Classes start at 10am. Please arrive up to 30 minutes before the class starts to check in at reception
- It is recommended that you book at least four weeks in advance to ensure best availability
- Minimum age: 16 years
- This class is suitable for all abilities

- Comfortable clothes and flat, closed-toe shoes are recommended
