Head to the Sheffield School of Gin, run by True North Brew Co. for a fun and educational gin making class where you’ll walk away with a bottle of your very own bespoke gin. You’ll learn all about the history of gin, finding out how it’s made and how a range of different botanicals are used to give it unique flavours. Explore the best tonics and garnishes to bring your drinks to life, and then try your hand at distilling your very own blend. Pick out the botanicals to flavour it with your choice of floral, citrus, herbal or spicy notes, then hand distil it in a beautiful copper still before decanting it into a 50cl bottle and labelling it to take home. During the class, you’ll also get to sip on two tasty cocktails for a refreshing finishing touch.
