Pie Making Experience for Two
About the experience
With over 30 accolades under their belt, Brockleby’s know a thing or two about pie making! Whether you’re partial to a classic shortcrust or crisp puff pastry, there’s one thing to agree on, there’s nothing better than a steaming hot pie fresh from the oven. Join the master pie makers and try your hand at pie making with a two-hour workshop for two people. To kick things off, you’ll receive a tour of the bakery in Melton Mowbray, learn all about their history and their signature pies. You’ll then be given a demonstration on how to make a hand-raised pork pie before giving it a go yourself. Learn their 250-year-old recipe and create an authentic Melton Mowbray Pork Pie filled with delicious Packington free-range pork, encased in their original hot water crust pastry.
