What do I need to know?

• All our vouchers are fully flexible and can be redeemed against our huge range of experiences
• This experience is available Monday–Friday, year round excluding bank holidays
• Minimum age: 18 years
• Please inform the spa of any medical conditions at the point of booking
• Please bring your own gym and swimwear
• You will be provided with a locker on arrival, where you will find a bathrobe, slippers and towels
• Please arrive at the spa reception 15 minutes before your appointment time to enable you to prepare and fill in a consultation form if required
• If you wish to use the spa facilities before your treatment, it is recommended that you arrive at the spa reception at least 60 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment
