• The spa is open from 10am–6pm
• Minimum age: 18 years
• Please discuss any medical issues or dietary requirements at point of booking
• Robe and slipper hire is available for £6pp
• Please bring your own swim and gym wear
• Unfortunately, this venue is unsuitable for wheelchair users
• Additional treatments must be pre-booked to avoid disappointment
• On-site parking is available for a fee of £6 per car, payable directly to the supplier
