Hotel looks stunning as you walk through the lobby to the spa, although doesn't have a great outdoor area. The spa changing rooms were okay but the men's toilets were quite dirty. Lunch was restricted to a choice of three dishes served at a buffet table, all of which were curry based - so not great variety for anyone with different tastes, allergies, etc. Spa a session was very good and the staff were very friendly throughout, but the pool area was very basic with a broken spa and the heated recliners were cold... All in all, was good enough but some disappointments

Great gift. Worked out cheaper than going through the spa. Just check with the spa that they do the treatments on the gift as 1 spa offered something that wasn't as good

The voucher was an amazing deal. The spa and massage we went to were amazing. Only downside was that when we got to the spa there were no towels or robes available, we were told to go away and come back in an hour which we did. When we came back the only robes they had were ones without ties dispute everyone else having robes which we saw. Lunch was an afternoon tea with procecco which was lovely.

Great treatment …..relaxation spoilt by workmen

Amazing treatments, had booked to have our treatments at same time which unfortunately got changed meaning I was on my own for an hour when I could have been relaxing with my Sister . Finally got to spend time together at lunch. Lunch was lovely with great portion sizes but was spoilt by workmen drilling. Decided to go to pool and had a lovely relax on heated loungers. Then decided to sit outside for drinks , ordered and paid . No drinks came to us, waited 20 minutes and then went to bar. Apologies the lady had forgotten us ! Luke warm coffee when it finally arrived. Bit if a mixed day, could have been lovely but spoilt by noisy work at lunchtime and staff shouldn’t have forgotten our drinks.
