Small venue at Telford Golf Course but exactly what is required for relaxation, sauna, steam room, pool (be sure to find out if any aqua classes which hinders pool use for an hour) and always a great massage, very good value

From start to finish we had an amazing day, can’t fault the treatment and spa. Although the food/drink in the hotel bar a rip off! £4.50 for a pint of coke!

Booking of the event was difficult as it was so hard to get through to our chosen hotel. The day itself was enjoyable and relaxing.

Lovely Spa but disappointing pool experience

The Spa treatment was lovely. Unfortunately, the pool is little more than an average small gym pool that was in a real need of updating. There were constant baby swimming lessons also going on in the pool which meant part of it was roped off for hours. Any more than 4 people in the pool at any one time was crowded! There was also a minimal area provided to sit and relax. The jacuzzi pool wasn’t working properly either. The changing room was tiny and rather tatty and also impossible to move in with the constant mums and babies getting changed. I would not recommend this hotel for a spa day if you have plans to spend much time in the pool area- it was certainly not the pampering day experience I was expecting.
