Was a nice day but not the price

Booking was awkward on a premium rate number only. Based on the price I was expecting much better than my regular spa days that are about 60% of the cost. The lunch was a very poor buffet style of salads only no other option (on booking we were advised loads of options including pizzas and chips). The steam room wasn't working properly. Some of the staff were very unhelpful, although some were lovely.
You need a £1 for locker not advised and they don't give change for it.
The massage however was lovely.
