Gift was good value,Hotel lovely. Main bed good. Children's bed horrendous

Complained about children's bed twice but nothing done about it. Creaked horrendously for every single move. Got about an hour sleep all night. Staff no help at all. Shame as otherwise good but could have stayed at home and got more sleep.
