We had a nice room on the lowest level over looking the lake. Chose to have bar food rather than the restaurant which was expensive for what it offered.

A nice, if slightly old fashioned, hotel on the banks of Lake Windermere. The room was lovely - a lake view room overlooking,as you would expect, the lake with a little terrace outside with table and chairs. Would be perfect in the summer. The staff were all very pleasant and efficient. The food was lovely.
