Spa Day with Afternoon Tea at Haughton Hall Hotel and Leisure Club 10584177

Lovely setting, excellent service and the afternoon tea was outstanding. A good selection of sandwiches, cakes & desserts and a chocolate fondue with fresh fruit to top it off. Along with plenty of tea or coffee. The spa facilities were well laid out with plenty to do. Felt refreshed & relaxed at the end of the. And the staff were helpful and friendly. What more could you ask for.

Tis is the second time I've indulged myself and it reached all expectations, especially that the sauna and steam rooms were available this time

Lovely service all round and delicious afternoon tea. Facilities were decent enough, perhaps in need of a face-lift but still, an enjoyable and relaxing day out. Would recommend!

Lovely staff and superb afternoon tea. Great facial and massage. The venue, however, is very tired. Needs updating and a lick of paint. Venue's website is not very user friendly as won't let you book and pay for more than 1 treatment at a time.

Had afternoon tea and spa. Lovely afternoon tea. Leisure facilities could do with a little upgrade and found changing rooms a bit crampt. All in all lovely day second time coming here. Would recommend

The leisure facilities left MUCH to be desired. There was mould on the ceiling in the women's changing area, no private changing cubicles either. It was very small with little/no ventilation. The pool temperature was extremely hot which lead to me getting overheated pretty quickly, whilst relaxing a family of five came in to play in the pool, not much of a spa vibe really. The service at the afternoon tea section could not be faulted, staff were friendly and helpful and the food was lovely. The general experience was okay but definitely cannot rate the leisure/spa facilities here.

Very nice afternoon tea, drinks refills offered, good quality and more than enough food. Did not use the Spa because of Covid (our choice). Hotel clean but looking very tired.

It was perfect. Very friendly and helpful staff. 1 vegetarian and was given extra vegetarian sandwiches which was very thoughtful. Spa was nice too

Bought as a birthday treat for my mum. She thoroughly enjoyed herself. Would definitely go again.

Booked this experience for a friends 40th birthday, booked via email and told the experience included a treatment so it was booked. When arrived, was told the experience didn’t include the treatment and we would have to pay for them. Even had the trail of emails showing it was their error. Place needs an update, showers were dirty, pool was small, gym had all old equipment and lots weren’t working. Afternoon tea was lovely, food was really nice - the only positive. Wouldn’t return, wasn’t worth the money
