Senior Product Designer
Reports to: UX/UI Design Manager Location: Farringdon EC1R (60% working from home time offered)About us:

First a bit about the role:
We’re looking for a talented Product Designer to join our product design team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully creating user journeys, flows, sketches, wireframes and prototypes. You’ll be joining our product team, to help evolve our design system and build amazing high-fidelity designs. You will be working closely with our Product design team to get an understanding of the current issues and inconsistencies that we’re facing.
A bit more about the role:
- Ensure products are truly user-centric by helping to conduct user research and testing
- You’ll create highly usable, intuitive, and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
- You’ll collaborate with Product designers, Developers, Managers and Stakeholders
- Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders
- You’ll ensure our brand adherence and visual identity across the platform
- You will promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards
And now about you:
- You have a strong understanding of UX & UI design best practices, principals, and methodologies
- Experience with one or more UX tool such as Figma, Sketch or Zeplin
- An understanding of Design systems
- You have experience creating highly usable, intuitive, and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces
- You can clearly communicate the reasoning behind your design choices
- You are good at receiving and providing feedback, always able to take a step back to try and see an issue from a different perspective
- You are well-organised
- Detailed visual design eye is a must
