amazing hotel

Rooms are dark and food bland

The room we as allocated was clean and modern but dark and cold. You needed all the lights on in the room even in full sun to see anything. TV is really small and picture quality was poor. The room is heated by the air con, which when left on was noisy so you could not leave on through the night. The bathroom had no heating so was cold and there was a shower over the bath, which was fine but the temperature fluctuated between scalding to freezing. Ate in the restaurant but menu was limited and expensive considering it was full of people taking advantage of a groupon offer of any three courses for £19.99.
