Lovely food clean hotel one of the rooms had no extractor fan working and the mirror light did not work very hot in the rooms but fans were supplied great service by the staff thank you .

First time to Harwich, quiet place but with lots of history and things to do. Headquarters of Trinity Lighthouses. Samuel Pepys Hotel was apparently a house owned by him. The staff were very welcoming and friendly, food very good. Staff at all attractions were also amazingly friendly.
