Master the ancient art of archery with this 30-minute archery experience for two people at The Bear Grylls Adventure in Birmingham. Located at The NEC, this exciting experience gives you the chance to try out this historic sport under the guidance of expert instructors. Beginning with a full safety briefing and tutorial from the pros, you’ll head out onto the range to try your hand at loading, aiming and firing your bow and arrow. The instructors will offer tips and tricks for how to hit those bullseyes and take you through some fun-filled games and challenges to get you feeling competitive. If you’re after another challenge afterwards, then try out the Royal Marines-inspired Assault Course, with full access on the day of your visit.

- This activity lasts for 30 minutes. Please arrive 30 minutes before the activity start time
- All participants must complete a waiver upon check in
- Minimum age: 5 years
- 5-9-year-olds must be accompanied on the activity by a participating adult aged 18 or over. This adult must have a full activity ticket. Guests aged 10–15 years must have an adult present at check-in to sign waivers, but can enjoy the adventure unaccompanied
- This activity is not suitable for pregnant people
- It is recommended that participants wear comfortable clothing and closed toe shoes. Flip flops, heels and open toe sandals are not permitted
- Free on-site lockers are available to store valuables and loose items. No jewellery, mobile phones or loose items can be worn during this activity
