Discover a whole new world beneath you as you descend into a 176 year old cavern in the beautiful country of Wales. A unique and unusual adventure, Bounce Below is a thrill unlike any other. This huge subterranean playground is full of vast trampoline-like nets, complemented by magical multi-coloured lights that make this experience simply breath-taking. Bounce, climb and slide as much as you please as you explore two fascinating chambers linked together with walkways and slides. What do I need to know?

• All our vouchers are fully flexible and can be redeemed against our huge range of experiences
• This experience is available week-round
• Minimum age is 7
• Please note that one participating adult must accompany every seven children for children aged 16 years and younger
• Maximum weight is 120kg
• Whilst this activity is suitable for most people it does require a degree of physical and mental fitness
• Medical conditions such as heart problems, claustrophobia or epilepsy may increase your chance of having an accident - please check with the supplier prior to booking to see if you are suitable for this experience
• Unfortunately this experience is not suitable for pregnant women or people with special needs
• All dates are subject to availability
• This experience is not available in July, August, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Easter weekend, 25th December, 1st January and bank holiday Mondays
• You are advised to wear sensible, warm clothing - the activity is based in an underground cavern where the temperature is approximately 8 degrees Celsius
• Long hair should be tied back and all jewellery and scarves must be removed
• Skirts are not recommended
• No open toe shoes, flip flops, sandals or walking boots will be permitted - trainers are the ideal footwear choice for this experience
