Put your climbing skills to the test with a one-hour climbing experience for two people at The Bear Grylls Adventure at The NEC in Birmingham. This experience includes a full safety briefing from the experts who will get you ready and harnessed up before the experience, plus a chance to warm up in the bouldering cave. Then it’s time to take on the main wall, which features over 20 different routes inspired by famous peaks from around the world, from El Capitan to Fontainebleau and more for a climbing experience to remember. During your visit you’ll also have full access to the Royal Marines-inspired Assault Course for a bonus challenge.

What do I need to know?
- All our vouchers are fully flexible and can be redeemed against our huge range of experiences
- Available for off-peak sessions, year round
- This activity lasts for one hour. Please arrive 30 minutes before the activity start time
- All participants must complete a waiver upon check in
- Minimum age: 5 years
- 5-9-year-olds must be accompanied on the activity by a participating adult aged 18 or over. This adult must have a full activity ticket. Guests aged 10–15 years must have an adult present at check-in to sign waivers, but can enjoy the adventure unaccompanied
- Maximum weight is 20st (130kg)
- Minimum height: 3'6" (110cm)
- This activity is not suitable for pregnant people
- It is recommended that participants wear comfortable clothing and closed toe shoes. Please ensure that clothing covers any part of the body in contact with the harness, including upper thighs and waist
- Free on-site lockers are available to store valuables and loose items. No jewellery, mobile phones or loose items can be worn during this activity
