This experience will include two hours’ access to the Victorian tiled pool, relaxation room, steam room, sauna and high-tech gym and a 60-minute treatment of your choice. What do I need to know?

- Your voucher is valid for eight months, for one person
- This experience is available Thursday–Sunday, year round excluding bank holidays

- Please inform the spa of any medical or dietary restrictions at the point of booking
- Please bring your own gym and swimwear
- You will be provided with a locker on arrival, where you will find a bathrobe, slippers and towels
- Please arrive at the spa reception 15 minutes before your appointment time to enable you to prepare and fill in a consultation form if required
- If you wish to use the spa facilities before your treatment, we recommend that you arrive at the spa reception at least 60 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment

Fantastic experience

On the whole it was a really lovely and relaxing day. The staff were friendly and the facilities were clean. The massage was really relaxing. The afternoon tea was really nice. I've only dropped a star as I am not sure whether they were short staffed at the Hanson that day but we ended up waiting 45 min for refillof tea. The pool is a little small but as the spa itself wasn't busy we managed to enjoy all the amenities even getting the pool to ourselves for some of the time. However, this was a really enjoyable experience and would definitely recommend.

Lovely quiet spa in central London. The spa is fantastic with pool and sauna to use as well as the treatments. Staff wonderful. The tea is lovely but a bit too much sweet and not enough savoury. I have allergy’s and these were catered to fine. Great relaxing afternoon.

Enjoyed time in the spa and a wonderful facial. Afternoon tea was good, but not the best I’ve had. No refills of savouries was disappointing. Too many desserts not enough sandwiches!
Very friendly staff. Went with a friend and we had to move our treatments and afternoon tea from the original time we had booked to earlier as the hotel was hosting a function in the Hansom lounge and was closing early. As it turned out we were able to eat in the Booking Hall instead so could have stuck with original booking and had longer in the spa.

Relaxed in the pool area before a high quality facial .Exceptional quality all around .If I had time, I would have spent time in the relaxation room.Afternoon tea was booked for 3.30.Excellent gluten free offerings.The only thing to be aware of,is that children can access the pool at certain times.Overall,a fabulous day.I will return

The hotel is beautiful and so well located.
The staff are very friendly and caring. The spa facilities are very high standard and my treatment was such a beautiful and relaxing experience. Thankyou to the staff.
