Head to your chosen LUSH Spa location and enjoy the Hard Days Night treatment, a 75-minute full body massage that draws on yoga, passive stretching and trigger points to soothe your aches and pains and leave you feeling like you’re walking on air. At the start of your session, get changed into some cosy pyjamas and let the therapist take care of the rest. To make your experience truly immersive and stimulate all your senses, listen to the melodic sounds of reworked Beatles classics and watch the ‘Let It Be’ mantras swirling on the ceiling as you soak in the scents of lavender, neroli and chamomile. Lastly, sip on a warm cup of tea and biscuits as the final calming touch.
