Lovely afternoon tea and friendly staff.

We were given tickets to the theatre as a Christmas and anniversary gift - it was perfect as my husband and I absolutely love to dance! We went to see MJ the musical and were dancing in our seats, the music was awesome, amazing atmosphere and a wonderful gift for us. We made the most of our trip and spent the day in London exploring before going to the theatre. It was perfect.

The day out was great in all respects. But we had been given a gift and could choose anything up to the gift price. We knew we had to buy the experience before Sunday, but thought, due to all the BuyaGift pages saying, 'valid for a year', that once noted it was valid for a year. No. The experience had to be taken by the expiry date too and that's not made clear enough. Luckily we had decided to do it now so did not lose out. It costs £20 to extend the voucher. So I'd say, don't bother with an open voucher that can be used for anything, get the experience itself. Added to which, I was emailed a load of cheaper offers for the same experience but couldn't use them as I had been given a gift voucher. It was all a bit frustrating, but the day out, seeing the animals and tea were great.

Food and service was amazing, and there was so much we couldn’t eat it all, and took some home

The gift was brilliant. We opted for the three course meal rather than afternoon tea option as we both love steak. We ordered sides to go with it in addition but think just the three course meal would've been plenty. The staff were brilliant and there was a nice ambience at the Birmingham restaurant. The food was lovely and I wouldn't hesitate to go back again!

I received a buy a gift voucher for my birthday 23 months ago and forgot all about it! Thankfully I remembered just before it expired and I purchased tickets to see Book of Mormon as a birthday trip! It was a great show and the voucher prompted me to buy the tickets.

A lovely place with generous afternoon tea and great variety of teas and cakes.

It is a wonderful place, amazing food, kind staff and it was made even better that the sun was shining.

Had a lovely time , this experience did not disappoint . The food was out of this world and well worth the extra to add champagne to make it extra special. Thank you.
