Honestly a really nice thrilling day out, staff was really friendly and approachable, the whole experience from the day of recieving the gift and actually using it was really smooth and simple. ??

The show was outstanding. Production, performers, atmosphere was brilliant. Although the theatre itself was small the only seatings was very cramped

Good selection of sandwiches and cakes enjoyed with a glass of fizz and a pot to tea. Lovely staff and beautiful hotel.

What an amazing day took my mother in law for a treat we was treated so well we was pampered with wonderful treatment and spent all day using the facilities e even joined in the splash aerobics class the afternoon tea was so nice we even got to wat outside on the terrace with stunning views we will definitely be going again and using buy a gift which in my opinion is great value for money
