Brilliant offer went smoothly and fab place

We loved spending the night, food was tasty, venue was quiet, good atmosphere and nice breakfast.

From the moment we arrived to our departure Fiona and Paul were more than helpful and full of advice when required The pod we stayed in was sited next to the lake and had everything we needed for a comfortable overnight stay. The site was very quiet,well kept, clean and tidy, it was nice to find that motion activated lighting helped getting around after dark. The fishery has a great choice of pegs to fish from, lily pads, overhanging trees and is very well stocked which provides great sport. Many thanks to Fiona and Paul, we will be back p s. The pub nextdoor serves an excellent choice of meals.

The Spa was as you woudl expect with The Bannatyne we enjoyed our experience and got to use the facilities. The treatment was good and we got a free voucher for my husband to return. There was the option to do a class also.

Thoroughly enjoyed this spa break. The hotel was beautiful and our room was spacious. Had the facial which was great and really loved the relaxation room. The staff were friendly and helpful and the three course dinner that was included had lots of delicious options. Will definitely be booking again.

My mum myself and my daughter came for a treat before going back to work after the school holidays. The back,neck,shoulders and head massage was absolutely wonderful, we all agreed that we could have laid on the treatment bed all day! The ladies who looked after us throughout our vist were friendly and helpful . My only concern for the visit was that the jacuzzi was based inside the swimming pool so the temperature of the water was the same although it wouldnt stop us visiting again.

Easy to book. Lovely experience

We had booked a couple of months in advance but from the minute we arrived we knew it was going to be a fantastic day! We used the relaxation rooms (divine!), the swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna. All were spotless and clean. The staff were friendly yet professional and the dressing gown super fluffy. The highlights were the facial which was just the most relaxing one I have ever had and the dinner. Dinner itself was so yummy. No small portions here, we left feeling full and content. I had the chicken and caramel apple slice - both highly recommended. A great spa day overall!!

We have stayed in Bournemouth west cliff hotel using the gift card and it was amazing very clean and perfect for short stays !

Such a good experience. Very well organised, lovely staff and facilities and great massages for both me and my husband. We will definitely be going back.

It was a very lovely place to stay from the start to begining ,if anything to complain about was the pillows in the bedroom,they were very hard and found it difficult to sleep,the spa areas was bit too busy but still had a lovely time,we will be back again
